Terms of Service

Your use of the LiteShuttle website, the information contained within and the services available via the website are subject to the following Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without any advance notice to anyone who accesses the LiteShuttle website or uses our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you are advised against utilizing this website or LiteShuttle services. By utilizing LiteShuttle services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service contained herein and also confirm that you understand how our service works.

No user may copy, download, reproduce or distribute content contained on this website for public purposes.

Our website and information contained within are provided “as is” without any warranty either express or implied. LiteShuttle shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website.

The LiteShuttle website and information provided is to be used only for non-commercial purposes. LiteShuttle tickets may not be resold or transferred and any individual holding a ticket bearing another individual’s name will be denied service by LiteShuttle.


Reservations for transportation are valid only for the date and time for which the ticket is issued. LiteShuttle is not responsible for unused tickets or costs incurred as a result of customer error.

Tickets can only be booked online via the LiteShuttle website and all payments are made online at the time of booking. Tickets are non- transferable and must be used for the specific trip for which they are purchased and by the specific individual to whom the ticket is issued. In the rare event that LiteShuttle cancels a trip, all ticketed passengers will be issued a full refund.

Tickets are fully refundable if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and also in the event that a scheduled trip can’t be serviced due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued to customers attempting to cancel a reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

Pick-up and drop-off logistics vary from city to city and from airport to airport. Travelers should follow the pick-up/drop-off instructions provided in their ticket confirmation email. Travelers must be at the pick-up location no later than the time specified in the ticket confirmation email.

Trip cancellation or change

Although rare, circumstances that are out of our control may lead to a trip being cancelled or rescheduled. If a trip is cancelled, LiteShuttle will offer the next available trip or a full refund whichever the traveler prefers.

Personal Identification

Travelers are advised to have a government-issued ID in their possession for boarding purposes. Our drivers and staff reserve the right to request personal identification from travelers in order to board. Travelers could be denied service if a request to provide identification is not met.


Each passenger is allowed 2 checked luggage pieces, 1 carry-on item and 1 personal item.Checked luggage must be 50 lbs or less and must not exceed 62 linear inches in combined length, width and height. Carry-on items may not exceed 45 linear inches in combined length, width and height. Personal items can be a purse, laptop bag, diaper bag, book bag or other similar item. Oversize and/or overweight items can not be transported and will be rejected by our operators.

Normal wear and tear to luggage is typical during loading and unloading by our operators. LiteShuttle is not responsible for scratches, nicks, broken handles and/or straps and broken wheels. LiteShuttle will also not be liable for damage that may result from over-packing or damage to luggage contents. In the event of significant damage to luggage, customers must contact LiteShuttle within 24 hours of the date of the trip.


Our vehicles are equipped with seat-belts and LiteShuttle requires passengers to wear seat-belts during travel however it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their seat-belts are securely fastened, as required by law.

Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers should follow the driver’s instructions.
  • Passengers must remain seated while the bus is in motion.
  • Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles.
  • No drug use or alcohol consumption is allowed.
  • No vulgar or offensive language is allowed.
  • Phone conversations must be kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb other passengers.
  • Excessive noise or rowdy behavior is not allowed.
  • Passengers must conduct themselves in a civil manner and must be respectful to fellow passengers.
  • Music or video may only be used with earphones or headsets.
  • Respect other passengers’ property and space.
  • Carry-on packages are allowed as space permits and at the driver’s discretion.
  • Passengers should not litter.
  • Guns, knives or other weapons and all flammable items are prohibited

Traveling Minors

Passenger under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the trip. Operators will refuse service to a minor if not accompanied by an adult.

Children Passengers

State laws on car seat requirements vary from state to state and parents and guardians are advised to familiarize themselves with the car seat laws in the states in which they will be travelling. If federal, state, or local law requires that a child be secured in a child safety seat, the accompanying adult must provide a car safety seat. LiteShuttle does not provide child safety seats and will not be able to provide service without one. Children will not be allowed to ride in the lap of an adult.

Travel Times

LiteShuttle makes every endeavor to depart and arrive within 15 minutes of the schedule time however exact departure and arrival times are affected by boarding, loading and unloading of luggage, weather, traffic and location and can’t be guaranteed.


LiteShuttle is not responsible for delays due to traffic or other road conditions, weather or other unforeseen events that impact our operations. In such situations, LiteShuttle reserves the right to cancel reservations and provide refunds to customers.

Animal Policy

All animals, excluding service animals, must be placed in a kennel. Animals weighing less than 25 pounds can be placed in a lap carrier. For animals weighing 25 pounds or more, please contact LiteShuttle prior to reserving a ticket. For service animals, please contact LiteShuttle by phone and we will be glad to help with your reservation to ensure that you and your service animal are properly accommodated. Passengers should be aware that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.
